Most people under 25 either live at home or rent. Fact. Well, maybe not quite a fact, but a lot of people rent. And being able to personalise a space is so dependent on what type of landlord you have. Some landlords are more than happy for you to decorate as you please, and others actively refuse to let you do anything (including hanging pictures) – it’s very much the luck of the draw. But personalising a space is so important to make the space feel like home, and can actively help you to unwind at the end of the day.

Just over a year ago, I wrote a post on here about how I was trying to apply minimalism to my finances. It genuinely worked and by embracing the reality of an attempt to ‘have less stuff’, it genuinely paid off and I managed to get everything in check again. From a laptop to something to take photos with, I thought I'd break down my five essential pieces of tech - and try and dispell the idea that being a blogger requires all of the fancy equipment when in reality, it's all about having a few items that are multi-purpose.
Since I was a child, I've loved a neutral pink nail polish. I don't like beige colours, and I don't like my nails looking like they're a solid nude. For someone who only likes a certain look on my nails, I'm rather fussy. But I've found the perfect collection of pinks - so that my nails always look done, never look obviously chipped, and match every outfit. I've done it. The impossible task has finally been completed.
