It's that time of year. The time of year where your twitter feed is probably inundated by about one thousand different gift guides. And to be honest, I was unsure whether I actually wanted to put together a gift guide at all. But instead, I've put together just one physical gift guide - which hopefully should be ideal for any Secret Santas or gifts for those close to you. But if you, like me, are on a minimalist journey, watch this space for experience based gifts...

Soap and Glory Pick and Spritz (RRP£12.50)*

Soap and Glory always knock it out of the park with their gift sets. Not only are they all brilliantly named (pick and mix anyone?), but they're always reasonably priced and are all round great products. I'm a huge fan of sets like these that contain mini products because it means that the receiver gets to try several different scents. I'm obsessed with the body sprays as I can never have enough sugar crush in my life... Ideal for the gal who is always spritzing themself on the go.

BOD 20 min Mermaid Bath Prep (£11.99)*

The packaging for this gets me every time. Because who doesn't love anything in holographic packaging? I'm totally head over heels for BOD (Body on Demand) which is a body positive company that has the best ethos - wanting you to feel good. The idea behind their bath prep is that it massively reduces water retention - helping you to feel your best. The mermaid bath prep also has a gorgeous pink shimmer so it makes bath time even more fun! Ideal for someone who loves Lush but has way too many bath bombs.

Gatineau Christmas Cracker (RRP£32)*

Again, I'm in love with the packaging (baby pink, anyone?). But this Christmas Cracker is probably one of the best I've seen. It contains the DefiLift 3D Perfect Design Revolumising Lip Care and Collagene Expert Targeted Wrinkle Corrector which make it worth over £75 - so an all round amazing bargain. I'm in love with the DefiLift as I find it not only hydrating but also plumping - so it's ideal for winter. Probably best suited for a mum or auntie, this set is absolutely gorgeous and sure to place a smile on any face!

Paul Mitchell Neon #STICKITTOBULLYING Kit (RRP£33)*

I'm not usually a hair gal - I can take it or leave it, but I really love the ethos behind this kit. Not only is it incredibly fun and snazzy, but it's all about empowerment and creating bully free zones where everyone is free to be themselves. The kit comes with a shampoo, conditioner and a smoothing creme - all smell like sweets! Probably the most fun shampoo I've ever used, my hair has never smelt so good!

Soap and Glory Glow Maintenance (£18)*

This is probably my favourite S&G gift set of the year. Not only are the products amazing but the case they come in is so well thought out! The set includes their best selling products such as hand food, Scrub of your life, Clean on Me and a face mask and comes in a toiletry bag that you'll actually want to use. The toiletry bag is split by a plastic inner section which means that if your shampoo leaks whilst travelling, it won't mess up everything in the bag! Big, big fan of this set and it's really reasonably priced! (Sneaky sidenote: you can get most of the S&G sets on 3 for 2 deals at Boots).

PurePotions Winter Luxury Rosehip Facial Oils Set (£35)*

I've been trying these out for a good few weeks now and I can say hand on heart, that I love them. A set made up of the Intensive facial oil and Skin Salvation Omega-Rich Cleansing oil, this is ideal for the gal in your life that may struggle with sensitive skin (or skin conditions like eczema). But both products are genuinely great. The cleansing oil is incredibly rich and nourishing, and ideal for cleansing the skin of both dirt and makeup. The facial oil is again nourishing and soothing for any inflammation. Whilst these both feel very heavy, they're perfect for cooler weather and a great gift idea.

Gatineau Defilift 3D Perfect Design Lip Care Duo Tree Trinkets (£34 for two)*

Again, Gatineau is up there for the most instagrammable packaging. These tree trinkets are so stunning and contain my favourite Defilift lip care product. Whilst £34 is pricey, you do get two for this price, which makes them £17 each - a nice luxury present for someone in your life.

Or you could go for a slightly more novelty option and sort out a personalised embroidered t-shirt? Graphic tees are a fab way to not only be on trend but they're also incredibly personal. Printsome has some great options if this sounds like what you're after!

And there it is, the only physical gift guide you'll be seeing from myself this year. Whilst I appreciate these were all PR samples, I spent my time trialling them all out so trust me when I say they're good!

Have you done your Christmas shopping already? What were some of your favourite products in this guide?
