So a couple of weeks ago, I discovered the hidden gem that is Tre Ciccio. Despite having lived in Manchester for the past five years, I've never ventured into Altrincham but the invitation to try Tre Ciccio's new brunch menu was something I couldn't refuse!

It was a gorgeous sunny day so we all sat outside on this incredible terrace that has a retractable roof. But it was honestly stunning! The terrace is also slightly tucked away from the road so you are really incredibly private. I honestly think that this stunning location really enhanced the brunch and would be an absolutely stunning location to have dinner and drinks at.

For brunch, I ordered an Americano and a delightful Uova con Proscuitto Cotto ‘Al Forno’ aka oven baked eggs on ham. It was a really wonderful light breakfast that was incredibly tasty despite being so simple! However, it was rather small and was the type of thing that I wish came with a slab of crusty bread! But a few other bloggers had heavier breakfasts that ranged from poached eggs and salmon on toast to the Colazione Grande (which is essentially a full cooked but Italian style breakfast!). The coffee was good - slightly weak for my personal preference but I do like a coffee that puts hairs on your chest!

By the time we left, it was 2pm and plenty of other diners were being served their lunches and they looked incredible! I 100% want to come back to try the lunch options because the food looked divine - and who doesn't love pizza?

The day was lovely - the location is stunning and the food was delicious. Definitely somewhere I want to come back to and visit!
